As a core member of the KT2i leadership team, he plays a vital role in shaping the firm’s strategic direction, expanding market presence, and building high-impact partnerships.Previously, Rob founded and led T4S Partners from inception to successful acquisition by KT2i, establishing a strong brand known for innovative, outcome-driven solutions. He remains deeply involved with clients, partners, and staff to ensure KT2i delivers high-value services aligned to customer goals—creating measurable business impact.In addition to client engagement, Rob contributes to KT2i’s brand strategy, partner ecosystem development, and go-to-market initiatives.Before T4S, Rob served as President – Consulting at AOS (now ConvergeOne), where he established and led the Professional Services business. His practice areas included Service Management, Governance, Risk & Compliance, Security, and Custom Development.

Earlier in his career, Rob was a Senior Partner at Computer Sciences Corporation (now DXC Technologies). There, he held multiple leadership roles—helping launch the consulting business in Colorado, later leading that region, and serving as a key leader in the Chemical, Energy, and Natural Resources sector.

Scott Weber is a seasoned global business executive with over 30 years of experience in international technology markets, spanning public companies and startups alike. Throughout his career, Scott has remained focused on delivering meaningful customer value—tackling real business challenges and ensuring success through effective execution and implementation.Scott’s expertise spans across sales leadership, solutions architecture, services sales, revenue operations, product marketing, and customer success—always with a customer-centric approach at the core of everything he does.Currently based in Charlotte, NC, Scott has held impactful executive roles at renowned companies including PTC, Nice, IBM, Conduent, Tricentis, and Silk, where he has helped shape strategy and drive operational excellence across global markets.

Bert is a founder and Managing Partner of T4S Partners. As COO, Bert is responsible for emerging technologies and overseeing customer support and internal operations. Bert has a broad background across the Infrastructure, Application, and Data Technology domains. He comes to T4S with an extensive leadership background and more than 25 years of experience in the consulting and IT services industry.

Prior to T4S Bert held leadership positions at CSC – Americas lead, Technology Consulting, National practice leader for “Applications and Data-Information Management” and EDS – Systems Engineer / Technical Analyst. During his career, Bert has served many notable Fortune 500 companies: BCBSA, Lockheed Martin, BP-Amoco, Newmont Mining, Verizon, JPMorgan Chase, Merrill Lynch, and many others. Bert holds a Bachelor of Science from Southern Methodist University, a Master’s of Science from the University of Texas at Dallas, and is a graduate of the eCornell University’s Executive Leadership Program.

Carol is a founder and Practice Partner for the Digital Advisory Practice Area. She comes to T4S with an extensive leadership background and over 25 years of experience in the consulting and software industry. She most recently served as the leader for CSC’s Application Modernization & Cloud Consulting practice. Under Carol’s leadership, the unit experienced market-leading growth in both revenue and profit for multiple years. Notable clients include Freddie Mac, State of Washington, Zurich Financial Services, and MetLife.

Before joining CSC, Carol was a software engineer and development manager for Digital Equipment Corporation (now Hewlett-Packard). Carol holds two US patents for digital data standards and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan with a double-major in Computer Sciences and French Language and Literature.
