Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Lead to oversee our sales operations in Qatar. The ideal candidate will manage a team of sales professionals, develop strategies to increase revenue, maintain key client relationships, and drive business growth across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain long-term client partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and optimize performance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust plans accordingly.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales metrics and forecast performance.
  • Handle key account negotiations and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10+  years of proven experience in sales.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent leadership and people management abilities.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
