About the Role 

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Practice Leader to lead the strategic direction, growth, and delivery excellence of the ServiceNow practice. This role combines deep platform expertise with business leadership to drive innovation, develop high-performing teams, and ensure successful outcomes for customers across IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Customer and Field Service Management (CSM & FSM), Risk / GRC, HRSD, and other ServiceNow modules. 

We are building this practice by leveraging our experience, customer base and staff that has worked with other ITSM / ESM platforms, as well as other enterprise systems.   This strategic role combines technical expertise with solutioning, presales engagement, and practice development responsibilities to help drive the growth and success of our ServiceNow consulting practice. 

As a senior leader, you will partner closely with sales, delivery, and executive stakeholders to design transformative solutions, lead customer engagements, and contribute to the development of service offerings, accelerators, and reusable assets. You will act as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and clients, shaping the direction of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across multiple industries and business workflows. 

Key Responsibilities 

Practice Leadership & Strategy 

  • Define and execute the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap for the ServiceNow practice. 
  • Develop offerings, accelerators, and go-to-market solutions aligned with company objectives and market demand. 
  • Establish frameworks, methodology, standards, templates and best practices for delivery, governance, and quality assurance. 
  • Represent the practice as a thought leader in industry events, webinars and the ServiceNow Community.  
  • Own P&L responsibility for the ServiceNow practice, ensuring profitable growth and cost efficiency. 
  • Manage forecasting, resource planning, and utilization targets to optimize business performance. 
  • Report practice performance metrics to executive leadership, including revenue, margin, and pipeline health. 

Solution Architecture & Delivery Leadership 

  • Lead the design of robust, scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, EAM,  CSM, FSM, HRSD, and SecOps domains. 
  • Translate complex business needs into integrated ServiceNow architectures that align with enterprise goals and platform best practices. 
  • Define and enforce architecture standards, security models, and integration patterns. 
  • Conduct architecture reviews, technical workshops, and roadmap planning sessions with client and internal teams. 
  • Oversee technical delivery quality, mentoring teams to ensure consistent best practice adoption. 

Business Development & Go-To-Market 

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, solutions and campaigns. 
  • Lead or support pre-sales activities client presentations, product demonstrations, and solution workshops during the sales cycle. 
  • Craft Statements of Work (SOWs), estimates, and solution approaches tailored to client needs. 
  • Position platform capabilities, accelerators, and differentiators to drive business outcomes and close deals. 

Practice & Team Development 

  • Develop and maintain reusable solution components, reference architectures, and delivery toolkits. 
  • Lead the development of new offerings, industry solutions, and accelerators for specific verticals or horizontal workflows. 
  • Serve as a thought leader by sharing insights, contributing to knowledge bases, and guiding enablement efforts. 
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to architects, developers, and consultants within the practice, including certification paths and training programs.  

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. 
  • 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, design, and delivery. 
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) required. 
  • Strong portfolio of successful ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules and industries. 
  • Experience in presales, including RFP responses, solution presentations, and SOW creation. 
  • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, integrations, and product roadmap. 
  • Certifications such as CSA, CAD, and CIS (e.g., ITSM, IATAM, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, FSM, Risk) are highly desirable. 
  • Familiarity with Agile/SAFe delivery models and DevOps practices. 
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
