KT2i is seeking an experienced US Engineering Recruiter to support hiring for engineering and technical roles in the US market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and closing US-based engineering talent while working remotely from India with overlap to US business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US engineering and technical roles
- Analyse job descriptions and understand technical and functional requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, (Dice/Monster/ Indeed), LinkedIn, referrals, and talent networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience and visa status,
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Maintain strong candidate engagement and communication
- Track recruitment metrics and pipeline status
- Ensure compliance with US hiring practices and timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in recruiting US engineering/technical candidates
- Strong understanding of US recruitment processes and expectations
- Ability to work with overlap in US time zones
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience using ATS and sourcing tools
Preferred Skills
- Engineering or technical hiring background
- Familiarity with remote recruitment processes
- Strong negotiation and candidate management skills
